A law firm's day is split between files, deadlines, clients, documents and collections. We build HukukBis, law firm software for Turkey, so that all of it can be managed on one screen, with one set of data and one standard of security.
Legal software has to protect a lawyer's confidences before it speeds up a lawyer's work.
So we build every feature around its real behaviour, keep every record inside the firm's own boundary, and leave every result open to human review.

We first imagined HukukBis as a way to lighten the daily load of a lawyer working alone: files, deadlines and collections on one screen, with no special expertise needed. As the practice grows, the same workspace scales to a partnership, a firm and a corporate legal department, and the role, permission and reporting layers come into play as work divides.
The backbone of the product follows Turkey's judicial and professional order. UYAP processes, deadline arithmetic that skips public holidays, a Turkish and English interface, collection through iyzico and KVKK tools are therefore core behaviour, not add-ons. Foreign law firms with a practice in Turkey can use the same workspace through the English interface.

The company behind HukukBis
HukukBis is developed and operated by HukukBis, whose information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and whose software development and quality management processes are TSE certified; the company has more than ten years of software experience. The cloud infrastructure runs entirely on MTY Cloud, designed for redundancy and low latency. HukukBis runs with a 99.9% uptime SLA, and planned maintenance is announced in advance. On the Enterprise plan this commitment is given in a written service-level agreement.
