What does HukukBis see and not see?
During payment a clear line separates who holds which data. Card details are entered and processed on the iyzico payment page.

iyzico is a licensed payment institution. The data a payment provider receives as sub-processor is listed on the security page and in the KVKK privacy notice.

If a payment fails
The invoice stays open and shows as Overdue once past its due date. If needed you create a new payment link for the client.

The invoice is locked while a payment is processed. Even if the client opens the page twice or the notice arrives twice, the payment is processed once and the invoice closes once.

If a refund is needed
A refund is made in the iyzico panel; HukukBis updates the payment record so your firm's record and the payment institution's record do not drift apart.

Cancellation and refunds on a HukukBis subscription
The 7-day trial needs no card. Cancellation takes effect at once, use continues to the end of the paid period and there is no partial refund. Plans are on the pricing page, service terms on terms of use.

What is asked about payment security?

Does HukukBis see my card details or my client's card details?
No. Card details are entered on the iyzico payment page and processed there. HukukBis neither sees nor stores card data; it only receives the signed result from iyzico.

Was the payment really completed, and how do I know?
An invoice becomes Paid only with a payment whose signature has been verified. Every payment appears in the payment list as Pending, In review, Successful or Failed; the firm is notified when a payment completes.

What happens if a payment fails?
The invoice stays open and is marked Overdue once past its due date. You can create a new payment link for the client.

What should I do if a client asks for a refund?
