Why HukukBis?
Nine differences you notice in daily work and that automated tests protect, each explained with a real product screen.

Nine differences, nine proofs
Every row is a behaviour that runs in the product, not a promise.

Every firm's data is kept apart
Data is isolated per company: one firm's records never show up for another firm on any screen or in any action. Your cases, clients and documents open only to your own users. The protection approach is described on the security page.
Cases
Firm ACases File no. Client Court Status 2026/42 E. Client A Civil Court of First Instance In progress 2026/117 E. Client B Labour Court Hearing pending 2026/9 E. Client C Commercial Court Judgment issued Company-level isolation is on: this list contains only Firm A records.

Deadline maths knows weekends and public holidays
When the last day falls on a weekend or an official holiday, the deadline calculator moves it to the next working day and applies the judicial recess extension. The saved deadline is attached to the case, shows in the agenda and raises a notification as it nears. Examples are on the legal deadline tracking page.

Collection lives inside the invoice, card data stays with the payment provider
A payment link is created from the invoice; the client pays by card on the iyzico page. HukukBis never sees or stores card data: it verifies the signed callback, moves the invoice to Paid and keeps the payment record. Details are on the payment security and online payments pages.

Every uploaded document is virus-scanned
An upload passes a type and size check and then a virus scan; a file that does not come back clean is not saved. The scan is not an optional setting, it is a mandatory step of the upload flow. See the flow on the document security page.

Cases, clients and notifications in your pocket
The iOS and Android app offers the dashboard, the case list and detail, the kanban view, client records, search and push notifications. Open the file in the courtroom, reach a client's details in the corridor. The screens are on the mobile app page.

You see the same file as in UYAP
UYAP is the national judiciary network where courts and lawyers run cases electronically. HukukBis matches the case and hearing information in UYAP to your files, records e-notifications with their delivery date and writes every sync to a log. The UYAP integration page has the details.

AI runs on MTY Cloud, inside Turkey
HukukBis AI is MTY's own model and runs locally on MTY Cloud; no data leaves the country for AI. It drafts petitions and file summaries and never decides: the last word stays with the lawyer. HukukBis AI is a separate package that can be added to any plan. For the infrastructure see the technology page.

You build roles with fine-grained permissions
When the ready-made roles are not enough you define a custom role and map permissions for cases, clients, documents, invoices and AI. Rules such as an intern seeing invoices or an assistant being unable to delete documents are set one by one. A member removed from the firm loses access too. Examples are on the roles and permissions page.

Signing up takes four steps and the first week is free
Sign-up starts with a four-step wizard: firm details, team invitation, first client and first case. The trial lasts 7 days. Pricing is transparent: from 299 TRY per user per month, with a 20% discount on annual payment. Plans are on the pricing page, the flow on how it works.
Application, case, deadline and invoice in the same file
A fictional client application is followed in four steps. No new record is opened at any step; the same file grows.
- 01/04
Client A applies after being served with a statement of claim. The application record is the file's first line; the client card is created here too.
- 02/04
The application becomes a case: Civil Court of First Instance, 2026/42 E. Client and subject are not typed again; they come from the application.
- 03/04
Because the claim was served on 10.09.2026, the two-week period for the statement of defence ends on Thursday 24.09.2026. The deadline is linked to the calendar and to notifications.
- 04/04
The fee for the work in the file moves to an invoice that carries the file number. From application to invoice there is one record; nothing is entered twice.

Compared with Excel and shared folders
Many firms still work with a spreadsheet and a shared folder. For the way across, read the guide on moving from Excel to software.
Excel and folders
- Deadlines
- Dates are calculated by hand; weekends and holidays can be missed.
- Access control
- Folder permissions are broad; who saw what cannot be traced.
- Collection
- Transfers are matched by hand and invoice status is updated by hand.
HukukBis
- Deadlines
- Working-day and holiday-aware calculation, linked to the agenda and notifications.
- Access control
- Role and permission based access with an activity record.
- Collection
- A payment link; the invoice moves to Paid by itself.
