    During which hours is support available?

    We answer support tickets, email and phone during weekday working hours. Requests that arrive outside hours are queued on the first working day.

    How do I open a support ticket?

    Open the Support screen in the application, write a title and a description. You follow the status and the replies in the message thread. Details are on the support page.

    What is different about support on the Enterprise plan?

    The Enterprise plan has priority support; tickets move to the front of the queue and a contractual SLA is offered. Plans are on the pricing page.

    How does the trial start and is payment needed?

    The trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. Sign-up takes you through a four-step wizard to your first case; you can see the flow on the how it works page.

    How do I cancel the subscription?

    Cancellation takes effect at once. Use continues to the end of the paid period; there is no partial refund. The terms are in the terms of use.

    Where is my data kept?

    On MTY Cloud, inside Turkey. AI also runs on the local model; nothing is transferred abroad. Details are on the KVKK page.

    How do I move my old data?

    You import your Excel or CSV file; columns are matched to module fields. The steps are on the data migration page.

    Does deadline maths know weekends and public holidays?

    Yes. If the last day falls on a weekend or an official holiday it moves to the next working day; the judicial recess extension is applied too. The legal deadline tracking page has examples.

    Yes. The iOS and Android app offers cases, clients, search and notifications. The screens are on the mobile app page.

A ticket has a life cycle

A ticket is opened and shows as Open; when the team replies it becomes Answered. When the problem is solved it moves to Closed; the conversation history stays in the ticket.

Follow the status, we listen to you

The availability target of the infrastructure is 99.9%; a contractual SLA is offered on the Enterprise plan. Live status and maintenance notices are on the system status page.
