A notification goes out at the time of the event.

You enter a hearing once. The notification goes out in-app, by email, SMS, WhatsApp and push, and the agenda and search update at the same moment.

01/05 · Event × channel

Which event goes out through which channel

Two events produce notifications on their own: when a hearing is created and when a payment is completed. You enter the date or the client pays, and nobody has to write a separate reminder. The dates themselves are managed in calendar and agenda and deadline calculations in legal deadline tracking; the e-notification guide explains when an electronic notification counts as served.

The payment notification works together with online payments: when the client completes the payment, the invoice status and the notification update from the same event. If you want your own systems to hear about the event too, you define a webhook.

Hearing saved: 2026/42 E., 17 November 10:30. The event is published; the agenda and search update.

  2. 02/07

    09:41

In-app: the notification is written to the list and kept in the log. You see the same list on web and mobile; tap it to open the hearing.

  3. 03/07

    09:41

Email: it stays in the recipient's inbox as a written record; you reach clients and the team the same way.

  4. 04/07

    09:42

SMS: it reaches even a recipient who never opens the app and delivers the upcoming hearing in one line.

  5. 05/07

    09:42

WhatsApp: the hearing date goes to the client's everyday messaging. The client card needs a phone number on record.

  6. 06/07

    09:42

Push: an instant notification lands on the phone of a team member who uses the mobile app, and shows even while the app is closed.

  7. 07/07

    09:42

Webhook (if defined): a signed event is sent to your own system.

03/05 · Bulk

To the whole team or to chosen clients

On the bulk notification screen you choose the recipients, pick the channel and write the message. There is a quota and a recipient limit for one send, which stops a message from reaching the firm's whole address book by mistake.

When you press Send the screen does not wait; delivery runs in the background and you carry on with your work. A holiday notice, an address change or a general announcement is done within minutes.

04/05 · Record

Everything that goes out and comes in leaves a trace

  1. 01/02

    Every outgoing notification is logged

Through which channel, to whom, when and with what result it went is kept in the log. When a client says they never got the message you do not guess; you look at the log and see the facts.

The log is also the firm's safeguard: it shows in writing that the hearing reminder went out on time.

You link incoming email to a case by hand

An email from a client or the other side is part of the case file. In the email matching panel you select the email, point to the case and link it. The linked correspondence stays inside the case; anyone who opens the file sees who wrote what and when.

Matching is a deliberate act: the system cannot assign an email to a case on its own, you decide which file is right. That removes the risk of correspondence landing in the wrong case.

05/05 · Questions

What do people ask about notifications?

  1. 01/04

    Which channels are supported?

In-app notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp and push are supported. Bulk notifications use email, SMS and WhatsApp.

  2. 02/04

Can a client get a reminder on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp is one of the channels for event notifications and bulk notifications. For the message to go out, the client card needs a phone number on record.

  3. 03/04

Will I see it when a notification does not go through?

Yes. Every send is written to the notification log; you follow its channel, recipient, time and result there. So you learn why a message did not arrive from the record, not by guessing.

  4. 04/04

    Is incoming email matched automatically?

No, matching is manual. You select the email in the panel and link it to the right case; the system does not assign an email to a case on its own.

Enter a hearing and see how the five channels work in the trial account. You can look at the connector options on the integrations page.
