A report comes out of the file's own data.
Every number on the dashboard is calculated from case, client and invoice records, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet. Cards follow your permissions and are ready the moment you open the app.
The figures shown are sample data.
New case
- New caseWhen a new case is saved, Total Cases goes up by one.
- A case closesWhen a case closes, the time from opening to closing joins the average and Avg. Case Duration shows the new value. Total Cases does not change.
- An invoice is paidWhen the client pays the invoice the collected amount rises, and Collection Rate shows with the new value how much of the billed amount has been collected.
- A survey replyWhen a client answers the satisfaction survey, the reply joins the average and the Satisfaction Score updates.
closing date− opening date= case duration
The average duration comes from closed cases.
Average case duration is the mean of the difference between the opening and closing dates of closed cases. When a case closes the system writes the closing date and the average recalculates by itself.
If the duration grows, you review how files are distributed, the team's capacity and pending work. Open cases do not enter the average, which is why moving finished cases to the closed stage keeps the indicator accurate.

Sample data
- Formula
- The sum of the durations of closed cases is divided by the number of closed cases.
- Included
- Closed cases only. A pending case does not enter the average.
- Source
- The opening and closing dates on the case record.
02/04Report ledger
The dashboard summarises five areas on separate cards.
Cases, clients, finance, satisfaction and the agenda each get their own card. Every card links to the screen of its module, so you click a number and go down to the detail.

- 01/05
Case and client cards
Case cards show the distribution by status and client cards show the total number of records. The distribution comes from case records and the client count from client records.

Collection and finance summaries
The collection rate is the collected amount divided by the billed amount. When a client pays through iyzico the invoice becomes Paid and the rate updates; an invoice past its due date is marked Overdue automatically. Invoice, expense and time summaries sit beside it. How invoices come about is explained on the billing page, with worked examples in the guide to time tracking and billing.

Satisfaction score
You prepare the survey templates with their questions. A client's reply, score and comment attach to the case and client record; as replies come in the score is calculated and shows on the dashboard as a card. You open a low-scoring comment from its file and follow it up.

Agenda and weather
You see today's hearings and upcoming legal deadlines on the agenda card and can filter by date range and type. A weather card for your firm's location sits on the dashboard too, so you check it on the same screen before going to court. The calendar module shows the same records day by day.
- 05/05
Export
You export your records as Excel and CSV and import from your old system. Details are on the data migration page.
A card shows according to permission.
An employee without the billing permission does not see the finance cards, so you can share the dashboard with the whole team while sensitive figures stay open only to those authorised. You manage roles and permissions on the roles screen. Advanced reporting is part of the Professional and Enterprise plans, see pricing for details.

What do firms ask about reporting?
Which KPIs are on the dashboard?
KPI cards showing case, client and finance figures, average case duration, collection rate, invoice, expense and time summaries and the client satisfaction score. Agenda and weather cards sit on the same dashboard.
Can reports be exported?
Yes. You export your data as Excel and CSV from the data migration module, and the same module lets you import records from your old system.
How do satisfaction surveys work?
You define survey templates with their questions. A client's reply, score and comment attach to the case and client record; as replies come in the satisfaction score is calculated and shown on the dashboard.
Is the dashboard role-based?
Yes. Cards show according to your permissions. For example a user without the billing permission does not see the finance cards. You manage permissions on the roles screen and can share the dashboard with the whole team safely.
Are open cases included in the average duration?
No. The average covers only closed cases: the mean difference between their opening and closing dates. When a case closes the system writes the closing date and the average recalculates, so moving cases to the closed stage keeps the indicator accurate.
How is the collection rate calculated?
It is the collected amount divided by the billed amount. When a payment is verified the invoice becomes Paid and the rate updates; an invoice past its due date is marked Overdue automatically and its amount stays in the pending part. The rate also shows on the collection card of the home screen.
What does the agenda and weather card show?
Today's hearings and upcoming legal deadlines, which you can filter by date range and type. A weather card for your firm's location sits next to them.
