A firm's working day sets our direction.

HukukBis is built to run a law firm's day. Six principles guide every product decision we make.

Our mission

To let law firms run their case, client, document, calendar and finance work securely and traceably. To take the lawyer's time away from administration and give it back to legal work, while keeping the firm's data inside its own boundaries, making every action traceable and always leaving the final decision to a person.

Our vision

A profession in which a law firm of any size in Turkey runs its daily work with a simple interface and confidence, and software is an ordinary, trusted part of legal practice. A solo practice and a legal department with several teams should get the same data protection, the same deadline accuracy and the same simple workspace.

How we measure success

By daily behaviour, not promises: was the deadline calculated correctly, did the payment close correctly, did an unauthorised record become visible? We look at these questions through tests and the feedback in support requests; if the answer is no, we fix that first.

02/03Six principles

Six principles stand behind every decision

Next to each principle we wrote where you can see it in the product.

  1. 01/06

    Real behaviour, proven by tests

Every capability we describe on the site runs in the product and is protected by automated tests. From deadline maths to payment verification, what you see on screen is what runs behind it.

Critical behaviours pass tests before release.

  2. 02/06

    Data isolation is the default

Each firm's data is separated per company. Isolation is not a setting added later, it is the foundation of the product.

One firm's record never appears for another firm on any screen.

  3. 03/06

    Transparent pricing

Three plans, one unit: per user per month. Limits are written plainly, there are no hidden fees and the annual discount is stated.

The pricing page lists plan limits and the discount.

  4. 04/06

    Focus on Turkish legal practice

UYAP, deadline maths aware of weekends and public holidays, collection through iyzico, e-invoicing and KVKK: we shape the product around the everyday work of a firm in Turkey.

The legal deadline calculation follows weekend, public holiday and judicial recess rules.

  5. 05/06

    Accessibility

The interface is offered in Turkish and English and works fully by keyboard; contrast and focus indicators follow accessibility criteria. The mobile app stays with you in the field.

The interface works by keyboard and comes in two languages.

  6. 06/06

    Human review

AI drafts and never decides. Whether it is a petition or a client message, the last word and the responsibility stay with the lawyer.

AI output is offered as a draft and left to the lawyer's approval.

03/03Certified processes

What do seven standards mean for daily work?

HukukBis is developed and operated by HukukBis, which works with quality, information security, service management, business continuity and software processes certified to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 12207, ISO/IEC 25010 and ISO/IEC 33001 and by TSE.

  • ISO 22301Business continuityHow service continues during an outage and how we return from a backup is planned in advance.
  • ISO/IEC 12207Software life cycleEvery software step from requirement to release follows defined processes and records.
  • ISO/IEC 25010Product qualityCriteria such as functionality, performance, security, usability and maintainability feed into product decisions.
