A change in UYAP lands in the file by itself.
When a hearing date moves or a new e-notification arrives in UYAP, the Turkish national judiciary network, your file, your agenda and your legal deadline update on their own. Nobody has to look the date up and retype it.

The connection is set up once with the lawyer's e-signature.
- Access
- Permitted
Only users with the matching permission set up and see the connection; you grant it on the Roles screen.
- Data flow
- UYAP → file
Case, hearing and e-notification data is written from UYAP into your HukukBis file.
- Sync
- Automatic
It runs in the background; every operation lands in the log with its time and result.

The sync log.
Every change in UYAP is written to the log with its time and finds its place in the file, the agenda and the deadline tracking. An e-notification opens as a record attached to the file, and its delivery date starts the legal deadline. For the fifth-day rule see the e-notification guide; for UYAP concepts see What is UYAP.

02/03
The UYAP row is written to the field in your file.
Matching runs on the case number and the court. When the record from UYAP is found in a case of your file, the matching fields are updated; if it is not found, the record shows in the log, you link it to the file by hand and run the same operation again.

What do lawyers ask about the UYAP integration?
- 01/07
How is my UYAP account connected to HukukBis?
An authorised user sets up the UYAP connection for your company in the integration section of the settings. The connection belongs to the company; users without the matching permission do not see it. The UYAP integration is part of the Professional and Corporate plans.
- 02/07
Which data is matched from UYAP?
The case record and case number, court, hearing date and time, case status and e-notification data are matched with your file. Records that do not match show in the log and are linked to the file by hand.
- 03/07
Where can I see the e-notification delivery date?
The delivery date shows in the case file, in the e-notification panel and in the agenda. Once it is saved, deadline tracking takes it as the starting point and calculates the end date.
- 04/07
How do I fix a UYAP record that did not match?
Matching runs on the case number and court; if these two fields do not agree with the case in your file the record is not found, and the log shows why. You correct the data in the file or link the record by hand, then run the same operation again.
- 05/07
Who can set up and see the UYAP connection?
Only users with the matching permission. You grant it on the roles screen; a user without it does not see the connection. Synced data is written to your company's private area and every operation lands in the log, so you can see who triggered what and when.
- 06/07
How does the team learn about a recorded delivery date?
The delivery date shows in the file, the e-notification panel and the agenda, and deadline tracking starts from it. Hearing and delivery notifications reach the people concerned in the app, by e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp and push.
- 07/07
How long is the log kept?
The log lists your company's integration operations with time, operation and result. The retention period is set out in the service agreement and in the retention policy under KVKK, the Turkish data protection law.
