This is how a planned maintenance notice runs
Maintenance is announced in advance, reminded on time and reflected on the system status page.
- Planned maintenance is announced: 17.10.2026, between 02:00 and 03:00.
- A reminder email and an in-app notification are sent.
- Maintenance starts; the system status page shows Under maintenance.
- Maintenance completes and is verified against a backup.
- System status returns to Operational.
What is asked about the infrastructure?

Where is my data kept?
On MTY Cloud, inside Turkey. Your data, documents and backups are kept on this infrastructure. Transfers to notification channel providers are declared separately; for roles and the agreement see the KVKK page.

What does a 99.9% uptime SLA mean?
It is the target of the service being available within the measurement period. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; on the Enterprise plan the commitment is given in a written agreement.

Does AI send my data abroad?
No. HukukBis AI runs on the local model on MTY Cloud and no data is transferred abroad for AI.

Can I connect my own systems to HukukBis?
Yes. You can connect through signed webhooks and an API key; events are delivered signed over an encrypted connection. Details are on the Webhook and API page, existing connections on the integrations page.

Can I use it on mobile too?
Yes. Besides the web application you work with the same account on the iOS and Android app; both come in Turkish and English.
