Outside counsel's file shows up on the department board.
Outside counsel sees only the file assigned to them; the internal team works on the same file under its own roles. The department KPI list, signed webhooks and the API connect to your corporate systems.

Outside counsel and the internal team work on one file.
Outside counsel reach the files assigned to them and the screens their role allows, and cannot see other files, client records or financial data. The internal team works on the same file under their own roles. The role is chosen when you invite someone, and the access of a removed user closes immediately. Exchanges with outside counsel no longer get lost in email chains; documents and hearing notes stay in the file.

The report you hand to management comes out of the file.
The dashboard shows the case distribution, average case duration, collection rate and upcoming deadlines. The department KPI list is ready for a management presentation; invoice and expense summaries support tracking of external legal spend. Data can be filtered by file and by client, and invoices show VAT and, where required, withholding tax on separate lines.

What do legal departments ask?
- 01/07
What is the isolated environment?
On the Enterprise plan it is a working environment set up for you on request, separate from other customers. Its scope is defined in a quote. You can ask for it in the demo call or through the contact form.
- 02/07
What data can outside counsel see?
Only the files assigned to them and the screens their role allows. They cannot reach other files, client records or financial data, and you can withdraw their access at any moment.
- 03/07
Which data can I reach through the API?
With an API key, your own applications can read case, client, hearing, document and invoice data. The scope is limited by the permissions the key holds. You can pair it with webhooks for event-based updates.
- 04/07
How does the contract process work?
After the demo, your requirements become a written quote. It sets out the Enterprise terms, the service level agreement and, if needed, the scope of an isolated environment. Signing the contract moves the pilot to rollout. The general service terms are in the terms of service. For the team behind HukukBis and how it works, see the about page.
- 05/07
What do the audit records keep?
For every action, the user, the action type and the time are kept. Company data is separated per company; one company cannot reach another company's records. Two-step verification with MFA can protect the session. All security layers are described on the security and KVKK page.
- 06/07
Which indicators can I present to management?
The dashboard shows the case distribution, average case duration, collection rate and upcoming deadlines. The department KPI list is ready for a management presentation; invoice and expense summaries support tracking of external legal spend. Data can be filtered by file and by client.
- 07/07
Can webhook deliveries be traced?
Yes. The event is signed and sent to a secure address only, and every delivery is written to the integration log. You see which event was delivered and when in the log, and as an event row in the department report.
